Participants gain their first experiences in the snow park and learn how to jump small kickers safely and slide simple obstacles in a controlled manner. The aim is to master the basic techniques of freestyle, gain more confidence on jumps and rails, and have fun developing your own style to feel the flow in the park.

Requirements
The course is aimed at skiers who want to gain their first experience in a snow park and master their snow sports equipment on the slopes.

- Warm-up & balance
- Introduction to the snow park with warm-up and basics
- Introduction to boxes and rails
- Jumping safely on small kickers
- Language of instruction is German
