Data protection
We cannot guarantee the security of data transmission on the internet; in particular, there is a risk of access by third parties when data is transmitted by e-mail. The use of the contact data published in the imprint by third parties for advertising purposes is hereby expressly forbidden. The operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising or information material being sent. Should individual provisions or formulations of this disclaimer be or become invalid, the content and validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of an easier shopping process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator uses cookies to store the IP data of the connection owner, as well as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number, as well as other data provided by the invoice recipient.
In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient are stored for the purpose of contract processing. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our tax consultant for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT and newsletter system. We have concluded a contract with these service providers for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the DSGVO.
After the purchase process has been aborted, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for contract performance) of the DSGVO.
Your rights
In principle, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact the supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, +41 (0)58 462 43 95).
